Wave Level(s): Wave 1, Orientation (1) Notes: -Felt an immense amont of white light, almost rainbow-like, around my body -It was almost like when I moved my hands, there was a aura, or fog-like energy surrounding them. Same with my feet and head. -A deep sense of joy, almost laughing joy -The body felt as one, heart, breathing, et cetera, all in sync with the sound waves -When I was in tune with the sound waves, the ringing tones, I saw a great expanse of mingling stars in blackness. Something like an orb, or comet, flashed by. Then, it turned to a slowly pulsating a rotating deep indigo wave that came into a central point, rotating. -When the ringing tones paused, the indigo wave disappeared. -I feel a deep sense of calm after waking from Orientation #1 of Wave #1. I will complete another phase tomorrow along with Orientation (1), when I have more energy.

Wave Level(s): Wave 1, Orientation (1), Intro to Focus 10 (2) Notes: -Mental distractions must be put in the energy conversion box next time. Thoughts and thinking, analyzing, make me not as concentrated and carefree within the process. -A deep sensation where it felt like my astral body was lowering out of my physical flesh form, I gasped. I was not prepared, but next time I will have more experience. Note: when I gasped, I heard a faint female giggle. My mind accepted this as one of my angels giggling at me being startled from such a new experience in this different dimension. -Visions of: golden aztec type patterning (in dark depths), a gray block-type building, with rectangular windows, these black inky formations coming towards my closed-eye sight, showing windows into stars, and I saw the edge of a spaceship (this made me gasp as well) - the lighting on it was green. -As always, a deep sense of energy, positive energy, surrounding my body -Crown and Third Eye chakras vibrating, -I felt my brain glow with what felt like white-pink vibrating light during the 10 step counting into body asleep, mind awake
